All extras not explicitly confirmed in the deal and contract must be paid directly by the artist.
This includes, but is not limited to, hotels, backline, ground transport, any equipment not included in the festival specifications, video, pyro, CO₂, kabuki truss, any additional kabuki truss, exclusive muco Cat 75m for audio or lighting, exclusive fiber muco Optical Duo, IEM per line, additional remote follow spots and similar effects.
PA and lighting are provided exclusively according to the festival specifications. Any changes, additions or upgrades requested by the artist will be at the artist’s expense.
Ground transport must be arranged prior to the festival.
Please note that transfers to and from Geneva Airport are only provided outside regular train operating hours and are at the artist’s own expense. Train schedules can be checked at www.sbb.ch.
Night-time transfers, as well as transfers to and from Zurich, are generally not provided and must be arranged independently by the artist.
Shuttle services to and from hotels can only be provided at the artist’s expense and must be booked in advance. Long transfers to and from self-booked hotels must be arranged via a taxi service, also at the artist’s expense.
There are direct train connections for both routes, which also happen to be among the most scenic railway lines in Switzerland. The journey takes approximately two to two hours and twenty minutes. The platforms are located directly at the airport terminals and can be reached comfortably, even with flight cases and instruments.
Our festival runners will be happy to pick you up from Visp train station, which is approximately 15 minutes from Gampel.
